This diptych was created together with a local family who was looking for some artwork for their foyer. They really enjoy nature and incorporating it in their interior design. They had a favorite tree in their backyard that they look at from their kitchen window all year. Together, we decided to depict that tree in two seasons - spring and fall - so they could enjoy it both outside and inside. They named the pieces after one of their favorite songs, “Red Rain” by Peter Gabriel.
