This piece was created with love for my amazingly talented and musical niece, Emii. She is a fabulous guitar player and I wanted to create something special for her. I used old CD paper inserts to collage an image of her favorite guitar. It made me smile to use these old school bands from the 80's and 90's that were famous before she was even listening to music. She has a very modern sense of music but also loves and appreciates the tunes that I listened to when I was her age. We do not live in the same city, but this is something that she can look at whenever she wants and know her Aunt J loves her very much.
