"Candy Shop"

Together with “In a Big Country”, this piece was painted with the idea of melding specific landscape with the wine regions of Oregon. “Candy Shop” depicts the John Day River in Eastern Oregon. I love the contrast and play between the graphic wine labels and the majestic mountains, sky and river. Then, in keeping with this ying and yang, and my very diverse music selection, I settled on 50 Cents "Candy Shop” as the title.
